AIFwd: Claude Code in Action

AIFwd brought Pune’s AI community together for a half-day event focused on what happens when AI moves beyond the demo and into production. Four practitioner-led sessions explored real engineering challenges across context engineering, AI evaluation, on-device AI, and agent architectures.

The conversations focused on practical experience: what was built, what broke, what changed, and what teams learned along the way. The event brought developers, engineers, founders, product leaders, and AI professionals into the same room to exchange perspectives on building AI for the real world.

AIFwd also marked an important step in Coditas’ initiative to build a practitioner-led AI community around shared learning, meaningful connections, and production AI.
